Shipping
All items will be shipped via Postal Service, Priority Mail.Every package will contain a tracking number.We do not insure Priority Mail packages.If you have experienced problems with lost or damaged mail in your area, we suggest adding insurance.Indicate this on the order form in "comments area".If a package is lost through shipping, we will not be held responsible.

Jewelry Repairs
All jewelry pieces will be honored by Astorite Mining & Jewelry Co. within the first year from date of purchase and will be repaired free of charge due to poor workmanship and or quality of the material itself. Buyer must pay for postage shipped to our location. Astorite Mining & Jewelry Co. will cover the cost of the repair and shipping the item back to you. Once item is repaired and shipped back to you, this does not start the “one year from date of purchase” over again and that particular jewelry piece will be subject to the original purchase date.
